I don’t know you, but I’m happy to know New York City pigs look quite happy while swimming in a cazuela of boiling oil.

  1. I love it! I have a Mexican street graphics book I bought on Amazon awhile back, and this looks like it should be in there, among the rest of the smiling pigs. Apparently it’s also somewhat common to see a man/cocinero in the cauldron, and the pigs smiling and stirring away.
