Hey, and look at their spanish: táscala te, gránola. I always learn it is Tascalate (don’t miss the feria del tascalate in San Luis Beltrán, Oax.) and well, granola has always been granola. It is just a matter of accentuation. Thanks for your continuing amazing blog Laura!!! it is a must for us.
